Welcome to Cleanup App - Phone Cleaner. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, apps, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. Subscription & Billing

Cleanup App - Phone Cleaner offers recurring subscription services. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle until you cancel.

• Weekly plan: $9.99 per week
• Yearly plan: $49.99 per year

Subscriptions auto‑renew at the end of each cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal. Prices may change; if they do, we will notify you at least 14 days before the change takes effect. You may cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via our Cancellation page or by contacting support at [email protected]. After cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current paid period. No further charges will apply.

4. Refund Policy

We provide a 30‑day money‑back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests made after 30 days are reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the Services, including attempting to interfere with or disrupt the platform, reverse engineering, or using the Services in violation of applicable laws or academic integrity policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available through the Services are owned by or licensed to Cleanup App - Phone Cleaner and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Services solely for personal, non‑commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Billing Descriptor

Charges will appear on your billing statement as “BLUESNAP* CleanupApp”.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in advance, with at least 14 days’ notice for pricing changes affecting your subscription.
