Important Note on Payments and Refunds:
Payments for the Service are collected and processed by Zemeto Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, acting as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record on behalf of DEVMEAPP LLC.
Therefore, for all purchases made directly through our website (Web Subscriptions), Zemeto Limited is the entity responsible for processing transactions and handling refund requests in accordance with this Refund Policy.
This Refund Policy applies to your access to and use of the website available at https://phonecleaner.app (the “Website”) and the related mobile application distributed via application stores (the “App”), collectively referred to as the “Service”.
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy, as well as the Terms of Use. If you do not agree with this Refund Policy or any part of the Agreement, you must not use or access the Service.
2. Subscription Overview
2.1. The App operates on a subscription-based model. Users may purchase recurring plans to access the App’s features.
2.2. Possible subscription options:
- Weekly subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions
2.3. Trial periods or introductory offers may be available, subject to change.
3. Subscription Management & Cancellations
3.1. Users can cancel subscriptions at any time through the cancellation page: https://phonecleaner.app/cancel/
3.2. For verification, users must provide:
- Email address associated with their account
- Last four digits of the payment card used
3.3. Upon successful verification, subscription cancellation occurs automatically.
3.4. Cancelling a subscription prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund already processed payments.
4. Billing & Payments
4.1 All payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not determine processing fees or commissions applied by these providers.
4.2 Auto-renewal subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
4.3 Users are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information to ensure uninterrupted access to the App.
5. Refunds
5.1 Legal Refunds
Refunds provided by law apply according to your jurisdiction:
- EU/EEA & UK: Cancel within 14 days of purchase if services have not yet been used.
- Certain US states: Cancel within 3 business days in accordance with local regulations.
- Other regions: Local consumer protection rights may apply.
5.2 Exceptional / Discretionary Refunds
Refunds outside legal requirements may be considered in the following cases:
- 72-hour first-time purchase guarantee: Full refund if the Service has not been used within 72 hours of the initial charge.
- Accidental renewal: If a renewal payment occurs after timely cancellation and records confirm the cancellation.
- Service issues: Partial refunds may be provided if the App fails to deliver paid services, including prolonged downtime.
- Misrepresentation or misconduct: Refund may be considered if misinformation or misconduct affected the purchase.
5.3 Non-refundable payments
- Renewal payments are strictly non-refundable.
- Trial fees (if applicable) and discounted promotions are non-refundable, even if the subscription is cancelled early.
6. Refund Process

- Description of the issue
- Supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, transaction details)
6.3. Requests may be reviewed, and additional evidence may be requested within 7 calendar days.
6.4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method in the original currency.
Note: Initiating chargebacks directly through your bank or payment provider before contacting us may delay resolution and may trigger legal recovery actions.
7. Fraud & Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to deny refunds or suspend accounts if fraudulent activity, repeated chargebacks, or abuse of the refund process is detected.
8. Updates to Policy
We may modify this Policy at any time. The effective date at the top reflects the last update. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance.
